Today, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stormed the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) demanding the release of the original election results from the February 23, Presidential elections.
Members of the opposition party were led to the headquarters of the electoral body in Abuja by its National Chairman, Uche Secondus on Tuesday.
The party also demands a commitment from INEC that the elections billed for March 9, 2019, will be void of irregularities adding that the military should stay away from the elections.
In his address to the officials of the commission, Secondus, who said the protest is peaceful, noted that they are expressing their displeasure with the conduct of the elections siting military involvement in the polls.

He also alleged rigging across the country and has asked if there will be a reoccurrence during the supplementary elections.
He further alleged that the PDP leadership including himself are constantly being harassed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
