NEWACROSSNIGERIA’S source in the Presidential Villa has confirmed that President Buhari has allegedly ordered the resignation of the former Governor of Rivers State who is now the Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi. Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola and Chief of Staff to the president, Abba Kyari.
Our sources believed that this order was made following the various allegations of corruption. President Buhari worried that having these persons in his cabinet could put so much to question about his personality and frustrate the present anti-corruption war. The President reminded them of his earlier warning that if he sacked any of his appointees, such would be prosecuted.
Fashola, had earlier been petitioned over mismanagement of Lagos state funds. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC had allegedly indicted the former governor Amaechi for looting the treasury of the state when he served as Governor for eight years.
Sources has it that:”The president has been waiting patiently for them to resign,’’
In Another Department,Nigeria President, Muhammadu Buhari’s health has beaten all Nigerians to the ground lately owing to his insistent flown abroad.
While that still drafts to and fro like a pendulum ball, no one seems to remember what happened few years ago when Buhari was elected to take on the toga of God who knows the end from the beginning. Of course, no one would have known neither has Buhari thought that along the line, he would become so ill like he has never been before.
However, when Buhari’s health dropped, he did what he thought best in the circumstance; he went off office in view of remedy.
And now, he still struggles with his heath having flown from Nigeria yet again. So many words are running around the places that President Buhari would not make it — that he would die hence he wrote that shocking letter to the Senate about his Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
In Another Department,The Senate President Bukola saraki was attacked by Supporters of Sen. Muhammed Ndume.

Ndume was recently suspended by Saraki and other senators because he asked the Senate to investigate allegations against Mr. Saraki and another senator, Dino Melaye, of fraudulent purchase of bullet proof cars and certificate forgery.

Mr. Saraki and other senators arrived Maiduguri yesterday and was welcomed by Governor Shettima
The Senate President and his entourage was escorted from the airport by Gov. Shettima to the venue of the wedding which was the home of Abba Kyari, the groom’s father.
Sources have it that Mr. Ndume, who has been in Maiduguri in the past weeks, was beseeched by the state governor not to attend the wedding to avoid any chance of violence at the wedding.
However Mr Ndume’s Absence didn’t stop the violence. Ndume supporters stormed the street of Maiduguri obstructing the Way of the entourage.
Regardless of the tense security around the venue of the wedding, the supporters walled the Government House roundabout in a manner that made it difficult for the convoy of the governor and the senate president to move into the Government House where the visitors were supposed to have their lunch.

Police officers were eventually deployed to disperse the crowd. And members of the local vigilante, Civilian-JTF, were ordered to remove all offensive posters and billboards pasted along the streets by the supporters of the senator.
